As for airports, downtown Annapolis is about a 20-40 minute drive from BWI, depending on arrival time and traffic. Cabs and rideshares are readily available, but if you plan to arrive on Monday 7/24 in the afternoon/evening, Brooke has also offered to provide some shuttle service - let her know if you'd like a ride and she'll coordinate with you.

• Overview of availability of imagery for seagrass/freshwater SAV mapping.

• Overview of methodology, workflow, and results.

• How to explore, order, and download Planet imagery.

• How to visualize imagery in ArcGIS Pro (also include steps in QGIS).

• How to select training patches and run supervised classification of images in ArcGIS Pro and QGIS.

• How to calculate seagrass density and carbon from the imagery.

• How to generate seasonal and annual seagrass distribution maps from Planet imagery.

• Training on Python code for processing, classifying, and quantifying results.

• Best practices for comparing Planet imagery-based maps to traditional aerial imagery.
